Unlike other packages, ApparelConnect was designed and developed speficially for clothing and fashion manufacturers by ex-industry professionals and has been created with features designed specifically for that industry. By focussing on the needs of garment manaufacturers rather than retail or wholesale, ApparelConnect is able to be both more effective and more affordable.
The ApparelConnect system starts with a cost sheet and adds information from the marker, pattern card, spec sheet, and samples. Once the production cost sheet and style master are created, the rest of the system uses this information to enter sale indications and orders at the click of a button.
ApparelConnect features sophisticated sales entry and tracking tools, including automated linking to customer terms, instructions and pricing levels and shipment priority. Backorders are automatically tracked.
Partial shipments and discounts are fully supported. Order production status can be tracked with a high degree of detail throughout all stages of WIP, with due dates visible for each linked Customer Order.
ApparelConnect provides a full set of tools for managing customers, bill-to addresses, ship-to addresses, sub customers, contacts, addresses, appointments and histories. The Customer module includes terms, and preferred shipment methods.

You can produce pre-order samples, sales indications, and confirmed sales orders directly from the style cost sheet screen. And once you sales order is created it is a simple process to set size and colourway requirements, monitor production progress, all managed from within the same screen
And from the sales order, sample or sales indication, a single click autometically generates your Bill of Materials and triggers material requirement planning
